Job Description
A well-established California Real Estate Corporation for approximately 40 years with an Administrative Executive in Cairo, Egypt is seeking multi-language (English and Arabic) individuals to join the team in Egypt. The individual(s) are required to assist the Company’s Owner and Broker of Record Samuel Ayoub; an Egyptian-American in completing the educational materials for marketable videos.
Responsibilities
- Help in the preparation of presentation material for various seminars and webinars. Most likely will be provided on Power-Point Slides.
- Capture and maintain a Contact’s List of potential audiences to be used in Targeting them for marketing campaigns. This requires knowledge of database management software or knowledge of Excel’s features of Sorting & Searching
- Monitoring and Controlling the Company’s Zoom Webinars and meetings.
- Social Media Marketing and managing E-mail Marketing.
- Commanding knowledge of Facebook Groups’ rules, regulations and restrictions
- Knowledge of Website (WordPress) modifications and updates
- Familiarity with Influencer’s Aspects
- Modifying and creating Flyers using needed software such as Photoshop

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
- Good Communication skills (English & Arabic) is a must. Owner speaks both languages fluently
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Must have experience creating and managing social media campaigns.
- Content Creation Skills: Strong skills in creating compelling and engaging content, including written, visual, and video content. Must be able to write clear and concise copy and have experience in creating graphics and videos for social media.
- Analytics: Proficient in using social media analytics tools to monitor and report on social media performance. Must be able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Must be able to write in a variety of styles and tones to match the brand voice.
- Organization: Must be able to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously. Must be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to address them.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy and consistency in all aspects of social media management.
Notes
- The job location shall be performed remotely from Egypt.
- Work can be done from Home but must be on a Nightshift (7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Cairo time). Further arrangements can be made on an individual basis.
- Compensation will depend on Qualifications and Performance Bonuses
