<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads</li><li> Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube</li><li> Write compelling and creative copy for posts, captions, and advertisements that align with our brand voice and messaging</li><li> Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner</li><li> Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and trends to optimize future strategies</li><li> Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to identify new opportunities for growth</li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency across all channels</li><li> Keep abreast of industry news, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to maintain a competitive edge</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li><li> Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns</li><li> Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, including their respective algorithms, analytics, and advertising features</li><li> Proficiency in content creation and copywriting, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling</li><li> Familiarity with social media management tools</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage with diverse audiences</li><li> Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights</li><li> Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas</li><li> Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities</li><li> Passion for staying ahead of social media trends, industry updates, and emerging technologies</li><li> Proficient in both English and Arabic verbally and writing</li></ul>
