<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li><li>Create and curate compelling content (text, images, videos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience.</li><li>Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community and brand loyalty.</li><li>Implement paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.</li><li>Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our social media efforts are innovative, effective, and in line with industry standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and content creation, to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.</li><li>Stay informed about platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends to leverage new opportunities for growth.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience working as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and experience running paid campaigns.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to track and measure campaign performance.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news.</li></ul><p><br></p>
