<p><strong>Description</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop the social media strategy for the brands</li><li>Actively drive channel strategy &amp; content mix</li><li>Develop &amp; manage the tone of voice for each digital medium</li><li>Be the expert voice when it comes to bringing campaigns to life on social</li><li>Be flexible and lead on working with internal, freelance, and agency resource</li><li>Engage with creative teams to produce &amp; constantly improve content plans</li><li>Maintain knowledge of audience needs, expectations and interests to provide relevant content for engagement</li><li>Publishing content &amp; managing social media channels</li><li>Brainstorming &amp; preparing social media campaigns</li><li>Strategy Building</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing</li><li>Proven track record of developing and managing brand social media channels</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience</li><li>In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (e.g. Instagram,TikTok)</li><li>In-depth knowledge of content marketing to engage audiences</li><li>Sense of current digital trends and ways of defining those and being on time</li><li>Ability to stay calm under pressure and navigate complex situations with empathy</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English &amp; Arabic language, both spoken and written; Excellent copywriting skills in the English &amp; Arabic languages required</li></ul>
