<p><span>We are looking for an experienced and creative </span><strong>Social Media Specialist</strong><span> to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and e-commerce teams.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification</span></p><p><span>• Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action</span></p><p><span>• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content</span></p><p><span>• Moderate all user-generated content for each community</span></p><p><span>• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules</span></p><p><span>• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information</span></p><p><span>• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, brand team, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions</span></p><p><span>• Serve as a point of contact for the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, forum, and blog.</span></p><p><span>• Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation</span></p><p><span>• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews</span></p><p><span>• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness</span></p><p><span>• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency</span></p><p><span>• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><span>• 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role</span></p><p><span>• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills</span></p><p><span>• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices</span></p><p><span>• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge</span></p><p><span>• Good understanding of social media KPIs</span></p><p><span>• Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels</span></p><p><span>• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability</span></p><p><span>• Fluency in English and Arabic</span></p><p><span>• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations</span></p>
