You need to be able to:

– Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies that get measurable results

– Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Tumblr, VK and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences

– Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools

– Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms

– Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our company SMART CITIES BUILDING CONTRACTING

– Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms – you need to know who’s in the know

– Undertake audience research so you know exactly how to speak to them

– Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and getting people talking and engaging

– Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms and recommend improvements to increase performance

– Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns

– Optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement

– Manage and track budgets for social media activities

You need to have:

  • More than 3 years of experience in social media management
  • Content creation and design background
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
  • Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in all social media management tools
  • The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet demanding deadlines

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools.
  • Prior exposure to the field of marketing as a manager or executive.
  • Proficient in using techniques like descriptive analysis along with knowledge of email, social media, display advertising, and other forms of marketing.
  • An excellent collaborator adept at solving practical issues from the marketing and promotional point-of-view.
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights into the company’s product and service development from a marketer’s point of view.
  • Studying the feasibility and relevance of the company’s marketing activities to promote products and services.
  • Assess modern trends and market statistics to plan new promotional activities and marketing programs.
