<p>Our company, Deckmode, is a premium, strategic design company. We work with clients in the US and other locations on helping very strategically and methodically design brand, website, presentations while also consulting them on sales/marketing strategy. We’ve fortunately earned a very strong reputation in the market that we’re very proud of.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking to hire a marketing + social media manager to help us turn our mostly externally quiet business into a total marketing machine, creating tons of valuable content to capture awareness and ultimately emails and conversion. We will also be incorporating products (in addition to our current services) that we will be selling as well.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Determine optimal social media channels (with the supporting rationale) as to where Deckmode should market</li><li>Determine an optimal content plan for these channels</li><li>Determine how we can repurpose the content across channels for maximum leverage</li><li>Create an optimal workflow and process to incorporate into our workflow tools</li><li>Create the perfect content calendar for our objectives</li><li>Project manage the creation of assets and content as well as posting and engagement</li><li>Determine projected reach, impressions, and likely impact of the marketing strategy</li><li>Create email flows and logic for retargeting + one-off campaigns</li><li>Integrate automation + AI where appropriate</li><li>Always continue to uplevel what we do, study data, elevate</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements (Please read carefully):</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience and examples of both social media, across channels, with results to match</li><li>Equal understanding of email marketing, with knowledge of how email flows and retargeting works + campaigns and how we can implement them</li><li>Thorough understanding of how businesses and consumers think, with logic to match</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with ability to analyze data, A/B test, and iterate</li><li>Process-driven mindset with the ability to craft detailed, achievable workflows based on roles and time allocation</li><li>Hack-worthy mindset, able to automate and streamline wherever appropriate</li><li>Not just a ‘do-er’ but a thinker as well</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work in a very very fast-paced environment and remain reliable and very very responsive</li><li>A strong commitment to being truly unique and creative</li><li>Must be able to work on partial US/PST hours</li><li>Must be willing to work weekends <em>if needed</em> (not common, but in case we have a crucial sprint)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Awesome opportunity for the right person to learn, grow and be a part of something special.
