<p>We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Social Media Designer to joins us @LOUDAGENCY.AE to handle our content on various social media channels. You should be able to plan and develop content that is SEO-driven and catches the audience’s attention.&nbsp;</p><p>You should be able to conduct in-depth research and analyse the performance of online content. </p><p><br></p><p>In addition, you should be able to maintain editorial calendars. You should be able to create and design social media content using various design tools. Furthermore, you should ensure that the content generated adheres to our style guides and the industry standards at all times.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Social Media Designer, you should be able to work in a competitive environment and manage strict deadlines.</p><p><br></p><p>A proven work experience in the&nbsp;Marketing&nbsp;department is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Send in your application, We would love to hear from you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain editorial calendars and schedule posts to increase visibility</li><li>Ensure online content complies with the company’s image and standards</li><li>Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms</li><li>Develop pages, posts, and applications to appeal to the target audience</li><li>Brainstorm ideas for posts with clients and create graphics, visuals, and videos to accompany them</li><li>Collaborate with Social Media Manager and other professionals to develop campaigns on social platforms</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Understanding of social media principles and best practices</li><li>Knowledge of social media design tools like Canva</li><li>Highly creative and motivated individual&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Having an eye for detail</li><li>Ability to offer excellent customer service</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
