We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that align with our brand identity, enhance our online reputation, and drive engagement and growth. You will be the voice of our company on social media platforms and interact with our followers, customers, and potential clients to build lasting relationships.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Social Media Strategy:</strong></li><li><span>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.</span></li><li><span>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.</span></li><li><strong>Content Creation and Management:</strong></li><li><span>Create engaging, high-quality, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</span></li><li><span>Plan and schedule content calendars in advance, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.</span></li><li><span>Monitor and moderate user-generated content and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.</span></li><li><strong>Community Engagement:</strong></li><li><span>Build and nurture a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, fostering discussions, and encouraging user-generated content.</span></li><li><span>Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to expand our reach and influence.</span></li><li><strong>Analytics and Reporting:</strong></li><li><span>Monitor and analyze social media metrics regularly to track the performance of campaigns and content.</span></li><li><span>Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize social media efforts for maximum impact.</span></li><li><span>Provide regular reports to the marketing team and management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting improvements.</span></li><li><strong>Social Media Advertising:</strong></li><li><span>Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.</span></li><li><span>Monitor ad performance, optimize budgets, and refine targeting to achieve desired outcomes.</span></li><li><strong>Crisis Management:</strong></li><li><span>Be proactive in identifying potential social media crises and develop appropriate response strategies to maintain the company’s positive image.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Fluent English is a must. French will be a plus. Arabic is an added bonus. </span></li><li><span>Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role</span></li><li><span>Demonstrable experience in devising successful social media strategies and campaigns</span></li><li><span>In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms</span></li><li><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content</span></li><li><span>Strong understanding of branding and ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across social media channels</span></li><li><span>Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas</span></li><li><span>Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making</span></li><li><span>Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively</span></li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred</span></li></ul><li><br></li><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER</strong></p><p><span>You will join an international and dedicated team in a growing company, with plenty of opportunities for impact and personal growth.
