The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic, ARABIC-speaking Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring CFI Global Social Media strategy through competitive research and benchmarking
- Increase brand awareness, improve engagements, and increase sales.
- Creating Monthly/ Weekly Calendar for CFI Global
- Liaise with Analysts and Content creation team to generate, edit and publish content that is consistent with brand identity and builds meaningful connections, and encourages community interaction and engagement
- Grows and expands CFI’s social media presence on new social media platforms, and increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
- Amplify social media reach and engagement through boost posts
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
- Responsible for Influencer collaboration – which involves sourcing micro-influencers and developing the content
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Monitor, track, analyze and report performance and social listening using tools such as GA4, META Insights, and Emplifi
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- 5 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content, community, and influencer collaborations in a corporate, or agency setting
Technical Requirements
- Experience with SEO
- Strong research skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to work
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
- Experience using various analytics software
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
