We are hiring a social media intern for Oak Foods. Responsibilities include:<p><br></p><ul><li>Handling the social media accounts of the company and publishing content.</li><li>Generating creative ideas for marketing campaigns.</li><li>Monitoring multiple social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.</li><li>Examining analytics data to assess campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s brand, customers, product objectives, and all other service-related aspects.</li><li>Interacting with customers or clients, offering service and/or sales assistance.</li><li>Offering recommendations to management for enhancing customer experience on social platforms and internal procedures.</li><li>Acquiring proficiency in internal software systems through learning and practice.</li><li>Supporting in the creation of performance reports.</li></ul>
