<p>As a Creative Executive at Bricks, you will play a pivotal role in our creative team, responsible for developing captivating visual concepts and overseeing the production process. You will collaborate closely with other departments and the Account team to execute the desired scope of work, ensuring their brand vision is effectively communicated through their social media channels. With your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, you will lead the way in creating stunning campaigns that captivate audiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create moodboards and generate creative ideation that aligns with the client’s brand vision and objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients to set meeting dates and presentations, effectively communicating project progress and gathering feedback.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Present creative concepts and proposals to clients, showcasing the vision and potential of the campaign.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate meeting minutes, ensuring all decisions and action items are documented for reference.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Share final presentations with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any necessary revisions.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive pre-production plans, including prop and casting requirements, to ensure seamless execution.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Share pre-production plan documents with clients, obtaining their input and approval.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Create detailed props and casting documents, ensuring all necessary elements are accounted for.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Schedule shoots on the calendar, considering the availability of the team and location logistics.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Contact clients to inform and confirm shoot details, providing clear communication and managing expectations.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Attend shoots, overseeing the execution and ensuring adherence to the pre-production plan.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Liaise with stores and client personnel, coordinating logistics and securing necessary resources.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Direct the shoot, ensuring the creative vision is brought to life and maintaining a high standard of quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Ensure pre-production plans are applied during the shoot, making necessary adjustments as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the production team to facilitate a smooth workflow and address any challenges that arise.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a creative visionary with a passion for social media, we want to hear from you.</p>
