We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media & Advertising Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media and advertising strategies across various platforms to promote our brand and products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media and advertising strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and SEO optimized content, including copy to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Manage social media and advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring.
- Analyze and report on social media and advertising performance metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality visual and video content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and advertising.
- Engage with customers and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Monitor and manage online reputation and reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media and advertising.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
- Experience with social media management and advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Linked-in Ads.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
