<p><strong><u>Job description:</u></strong></p><p>We are seeking a Skin Care Sales Specialist based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Capabilities of the right candidate include strong acumen in B2B sales, CRM, setting brand strategies, monthly and quarterly action plans and follow up mechanisms to ensure the right customer experience, business growth and product quality requirements. We expect a class A Skin Care Specialist who will contribute to the growth of Kadoon business units.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>&nbsp;Owns full performance reporting for the specific Skin Care products and Technologies.</li><li>&nbsp;Builds and maintains relationships with prospective clients for skin care and relevant product lines / solutions.</li><li>Develop and execute a sales plan to target potential clients in the assigned territory.</li><li>Initiate and control daily visits as per CRM plan. Reports all customer activities on a daily basis through the company digital platforms. </li><li>Meet and exceed sales goals by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends, product features, and competition.</li><li>Develops brand strategies &amp; communication plan across all sales channels.</li><li>Follow up on all outstanding/collections to align with company policy.</li><li>Maintain high-quality customer service by closely following up on all customers’ requirements.</li><li>Participate in technical training programs for existing sales staff as well as for new employees.</li><li>Identify, propose, and negotiate with clients to establish such a presence for the Brand, including counter units, floor kiosks, displays, promotional events and other marketing tools that may be required by vendors and brand management.</li><li> Attend and contribute to all meetings as required.</li><li> Conducts frequent market visits to check the quality of the implementation based on shared brand guidelines. Updates CRM platforms with sales opportunities.</li><li> Monitors the implementation of the brand plans, promotions, and events to ensure the objectives are achieved in aligned with different clients’ segments.</li><li> Sets a detailed yearly purchase forecast for all assigned brand based on allocated sales target &amp; divide the needed into partial shipments (as per lead-time and seasonal requirements).</li><li> Develops brand training material and align with other stakeholders to execute the right training program for internal resources, and for Kadoon clients and customers.</li><li> Develops and reports evaluations on the training sessions given aligned with customer experience targets. Monitors the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with the company’s products and training activities.</li><li> Keeps the sales team updated on the brand guidelines and product portfolio.</li><li> Rigorously follows up with supply chain department on ordering process, product invoice, estimated departure time &amp; estimated arrival time &amp; custom clearance.</li><li> Monitors the utilization and disbursement of point of sales materials.</li><li>&nbsp;Monitors competitors’ activities &amp; recommend appropriate responses/action.</li><li> Provide continuous feedback on the execution of marketing plan through digital channels or field channels.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications and requirements:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Bachelor of Marketing / Business Administration / Clinical studies or equivalent.</li><li>Marketing certifications</li><li>Written and spoken fluency in English &amp; Arabic languages.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in brand management or product strategy roles in beauty care field in GCC with special emphasis on Skin Care products, equipment, and technologies.</li><li>Prior knowledge and practice of marketing, sales &amp; merchandising, brand management, category management, brand building &amp; marketing, and consumer behavior.</li><li>Experience with implementing brand strategies through eCommerce platforms</li><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Understanding of digital marketing principles</li><li>Customer Focus, attention to details, problem solving, team playing &amp; decision making and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Innovation.</li><li>Analytical ability.</li></ol><p><br></p>
