Job Description

Responsible for managing all aspects of site activity, including execution of work, workforce, work progress, as well as HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.

Supervise and manage the overall activities in the field, plan site work & activities by ensuring the availability of all required items such as materials or labor

Coordinate with project manager and MEP contractor on project schedules, plans, activities at site to ensure that the project gets completed on time, within budget with the best quality and safety record.

Ensure that activity targets are met whilst producing the highest quality

Ensure costs are kept within budget.

Notify project management of timely identification of deviations from budget, project schedule, and work quality or safety.

Take actions to deal with results of delays, unscheduled activities and emergencies.

Discuss with contractor/client any matters/issues that might occur on site and work on resolving these matters/issues such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

Investigate damage, accidents or delays at site to ensure that proper corrective actions are being carried out.

Identify any problematic design issues –could be found- and make the necessary recommendations that support engineering procedures.

Obtain approval & sign-off on corrective actions that could be taken against any irregularities or errors that might happen on site and lead to nonconformance reports and ensure close of any open issues.

Prepare the site part of the monthly progress report of the project.

M aintain operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.

Keep all employee records and ensure their safety on the work site

Establish & manage site workforce (site engineers, technicians, team of subcontractors, and any other personnel working at site).

Dispatch workers efficiently to work areas and enforce the need for additional resource and/or alternative work processes are required to maintain performance.

Assess skills, knowledge, and abilities of candidates to make effective hiring and merit/bonus decisions and identified developmental needs

Provide training and development opportunities and serve in mentoring role for team.

Maintain project Database by ensuring backups and proper filing system to enable easy access to all sort of documents

Personal Skills

Bachelor of Electrical & Communications Engineering

Good planning experience.

Good budgeting experience.

Good Quality Control experience.

Very good project management experience

Excellent technical report writing skills

Very good command of English

Technical Skills

• V. good experience in security and Low current systems (Access Control, CCTV, Audio Visual, intruder Alarm, structure cabling, fire alarm, BMS, …….etc.) projects
• Good communication skills
• Min 15 years of experience in Construction Projects
• Min 15 years of Experience as a supervisory role in Projects
• Min 3 Years of experience is Saudi Arabia Projects
