Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is seeking a skilled Site Engineer – Civil for our client in the Oil & Energy industry. The ideal candidate will work on-site to support engineering design teams and oversee construction projects. The Site Engineer – Civil will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and building regulations.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Working with design teams to interpret and translate project specifications into technical drawings</li><li>Conducting site surveys and directing survey teams as necessary</li><li>Overseeing construction projects to ensure that they meet design specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards</li><li>Managing project timelines and budgets</li><li>Ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations</li><li>Developing and implementing quality control systems</li><li>Managing project budgets, resources, and staff</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li><li>8+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in the Oil & Energy industry</li><li>Experience as site Engineer for Capital Projects – ideally Power / Energy.</li><li>Formal qualification or certification in Project Management desirable</li><li>Saudi Aramco Project experience highly desirable</li><li>Preferred Educational Level: Degree</li><li>Ability to travel to project sites as needed.</li></ul>
