<p>MPREZA REAL ESTATE, a design and construction company, is looking for an Electrician for its office in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The candidate’s place of work and residence is a spectacular and immense 5-star tourist resort (Domina Coral Bay – Sharm el Sheikh Egypt) directly overlooking the Red Sea.</p><p>For further information: www.imprezarealestate.com</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>TYPE: Full-time.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>SKILLS: Reporting directly to the Technical Director, the candidate works on the various construction sites underway and performs the following tasks:</p><p>works on site creating the necessary electrical installations at the various construction sites;</p><p>verifies the correct progress of the work-sites as planned, in order to ensure the proper execution of the works and compliance with the scheduled deadlines;</p><p>coordinates his co-workers;</p><p>prepares the arrival of the necessary materials at the worksite by interfacing with the purchasing office;</p><p>controls the material entering and leaving the site;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>IDEAL PROFILE</p><p><br></p><p>several years’ experience in the creation of electrical installations on building sites and/or building renovations, especially residential;</p><p>good attitude to interpersonal relations and teamwork;</p><p>excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills;</p><p>leadership;</p><p>willingness to relocate to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt</p><p>Possession of strong interpersonal skills in dealing with contacts both inside and outside the company.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>PREFERRED SKILLS</p><p><br></p><p>Measures</p><p>English language.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>BENEFITS</p><p><br></p><p>board and lodging</p><p>one day off per week</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Salary will be defined and agreed with the candidate according to his/her experience and abilities.</p><p><br></p><p>Sector</p><p>Construction</p><p>Type of employment</p><p>Full-time</p>
