Site Architect Engineer
Job Description
<p>We are looking for Site Architect Engineer having civil construction experience, especially in Villas to work for the Main Contractor.</p><p>Dubai UAE</p><p><br></p><p>The Job Description</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Should be professional in drafting drawings in 2D and 3D CAD programs and Photoshop</li><li>Study the IFC and tender drawings.</li><li>Coordinate between Architecture drawings, structure and MEP drawings</li><li>Aware of material submittal and specifications 4- Materials selection and materials proposal.</li><li>Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations</li><li>Researching and inquiring about different materials</li><li>Explaining design requirements and specifications to Builders, Electricians, and Technicians</li><li>Communicating project status and completion timelines to the clients</li><li>Preparing building models and structure plans</li><li>Conducting mockup sessions</li><li>Guiding the construction project from start to finish</li><li>Presenting project briefs to clients</li><li>Understanding the client’s requirements/preferences and environmental impacts on the construction project</li><li>Creating blueprints and making alterations based on the feedback from the client</li><li>Developing projects by adhering to the specified budget and timeline</li><li>Undertaking regular site visits and inspections</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline</li><li>12 to 14 years of overall experience, and in UAE minimum of 8 years experience. </li><li> Preferably 5 years of minimum experience with the Main contractor as an Architect in a reputed construction company and executing many villas.</li><li>Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industry</li><li>Familiarity with design software related to the field.</li><li>Highly creative and detail-oriented individual</li><li>Up-to-date with the latest architectural designs and trends</li><li>Strong project management and time management skills</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Having an eye for detail</li><li>Demonstrating good leadership skills</li><li>Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
