<p>As a Showroom Salesperson, you will be the face of our Adada &amp; Kabbani Showroom, providing excellent customer service and product advice. With an interior design and sales background, you will answer customer queries, coordinate with the design department, follow-up with production and installation teams, and aim to achieve the monthly sales target.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide warm welcome to showroom visitors, present different models, finishes and effectively persuade potential customers to make purchases, leveraging knowledge about the company’s products and industry trends.</li><li>Utilize in-depth knowledge of Adada &amp; Kabbani standard designs and the latest trends in interior design, along with the client’s preferences and budget to provide tailored product advice.</li><li>Register new clients in the company’s ERP system promptly and accurately.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the design department to create order designs and drawings, ensuring that they align with client requirements and budget considerations.</li><li>Coordinate with the Accounting Department for efficient and accurate payment processing. This includes following up with clients for advance payments and ensuring all issued invoices are settled on time.</li><li>Secure approvals from clients on design and material selection.</li><li>Follow-up diligently with production and installation, always keeping the client informed about the estimated date of delivery (EDD) and any changes that may occur.</li><li>Meet or exceed the monthly sales target set by the management.</li><li>Issue quotations from the standard sales catalogue for regular items, and request quotations from the technical department for bespoke items.</li><li>Coordinate in-orders and sales registration, and contracts drafting, ensuring all details are correct and in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and existing clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.</li><li>Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service and advice to clients.</li><li>Maintain the presentation of the showroom, ensuring it is always neat and inviting.</li><li>Perform other departmental tasks as requested by management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or related field</li><li>With more than 2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in a showroom setting)</li><li>Certification in Interior Design or Sales is a plus.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle stress and stay calm under pressure.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Sales-oriented mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of interior design principles and sales techniques</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems</li><li>Understanding of showroom operations and proficiency in MS Office Suite</li></ul>
