<p>For Furniture Showroom in Nasr City , need showroom sales </p><p><span>Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:</span></p><p><span> • Client reception, visits, and advice: Meet and greet clients in the showroom, understand their needs, make presentations and advise them on products and solutions suiting their needs. With the support of the technical team, prepare designs and pricing for kitchens and wardrobes. With the support of the ID team, prepare layouts and mood boards to provide customized solutions for the client. Conduct client’s site visits and site measures.</span></p><p><span> • Client Quotations and order booking: Prepare the quotations according to the clients’ needs and specifications, send them to the clients and negotiate and follow-up with them till closing the deal.</span></p><p><span> • Invoicing and Delivery: Conduct and handle payments from clients, follow up with the technical department for kitchens orders and with the Supply Chain department to ensure delivery to the clients in line with the specifications and timeline established. If needed, solve issues on site during the delivery.</span></p><p><span> • Client Relationship Management: Build close and good relations with potential and existing clients, and do a proper follow up. Be the contact person for the client. Resolve efficiently potential problems with clients and coordinate internally for the appropriate solutions.</span></p><p><span> • Client database update: Provide the appropriate information to update client database.</span></p><p><span> • Payment terms, policies and procedures: Follow strictly the terms and conditions of sales in line with the company’s policy frame and procedures; make recommendations about procedural/policy changes and improvements.</span></p><p><span> • Administration services and reporting: Ensure all documentation related to the clients is recorded and filed correctly; Prepare regular reports to be discussed with the management, and participate to internal sales and management meetings</span></p><p><span>Requirements</span></p><p><span>Key competences/ skills and experiences required for the job:</span></p><p><br></p><p><span> • Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred Interior Design or Architecture is a plus.</span></p><p><span> • Proven sales and client advise experience in the high-end kitchens and furniture products</span></p><p><span> • Strong client and solution/ service orientation, while remaining company and business focused. Ability to connect and deal with high end clients from different horizons, to listen to them and understand their needs.</span></p><p><span> • Excellent sales skills, with the ability to advice, convince and close the deal. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills</span></p><p><span> • Self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and autonomy</span></p><p><span> • Team player with ability to interact and work efficiently with internal actors</span></p><p><span> • High level of responsibility, with the sense of loyalty and business ethics</span></p><p><span> • Arabic language skills is a great plus, excellent English communication skills</span></p><p><br></p>
