<p>We are looking for a friendly Indoor Sales associate to greet customers and assist them with their inquiries, needs, and sales Journey. The Showroom Sales associate is responsible for finding items in the store, providing Technical information about specials, and ordering stock for customers if necessary.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To succeed as an Indoor Sales associate, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge. A great store associate balances customer satisfaction with meeting sales objectives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet customers.</li><li>Find items for customers.</li><li>Provide information about products or current specials.</li><li>Ring up purchases.</li><li>Elevate complaints to management.</li><li>Keep the storeroom organized and tidy.</li><li>Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly.</li><li>Order items for customers.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>One year of retail sales experience required</li><li>Interior Design or similar experience is preferred</li><li>Excellent listening &amp; customer engagement skills</li><li>Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor Proven ability to upsell, close, and grow sales </li><li>An architecture or Interior design Degree is highly required</li><li>Professional phone, communication, and presentation skills</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experience with MS Office, CRM, and basic computer functions </li><li>Available to work extended hours.</li><li>Saudi Nationality</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
