Shopify Admin for a Fashion E-commerce Brand

Job Description

<p>We seek an experienced Shopify Admin to join our team and help manage our online store. As a Shopify Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce site, including managing product listings, processing orders, providing customer support, and writing product descriptions with the best SEO keywords.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Development, managing, and maintaining our Shopify-based online store, including adding and updating product listings, managing inventory, and processing orders.</li><li>Experience working with 3^rd&nbsp;party services and APIs, specific plugins for Shopify</li><li>Write optimized product descriptions for SEO, incorporating the best keywords and ensuring that they are compelling and accurate.</li><li>Work with our marketing team to create and execute promotions, sales, and other marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.</li><li>Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing our store’s performance.</li><li>Please provide outstanding customer support via email, phone, and live chat, responding quickly to inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, and share insights and recommendations with the team to improve our online store continuously.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><span>At</span> least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and Shopify administration.</li><li><span>Minimum 3 years experience in website development, explicitly handling Shopify development, maintenance, and design</span></li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and external partners.</li><li>Proficiency with Shopify, related e-commerce tools, Google Analytics, and other analytical tools.</li><li>Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.</li></ul><p>If you are a self-starter with a passion for e-commerce and a desire to impact our business significantly, we would love to hear from you.
