Shop Supervisor

Job Description

<ul><li>Implementing and following stringent safety practices as per company rules and procedures. </li><li> Review projects shop folders to understand the projects requirements. </li><li> Effectively lead and manage operations resources. </li><li> Responsible and accountable to drive production process in workshop suctions (fabrications, Machining, welding, painting, Assembly…etc.) </li><li> Ensure shop routing’s are followed by operations Team and filled with accurate data. </li><li> Working closely with the M aster planner and direct Manager to drive and to ensure meeting daily and monthly target. </li><li> Participate and implement programs/ procedures to improve processes, productions and performance. </li><li> Drive continues Improvements/ trough Identifying process gaps. Ensuring smooth functioning of the production schedule. </li><li> Creating an environment of responsible communications between operations members to ensure fruitful discussions concerning operations challenges. </li><li> Provide input to capacity planning in charge. </li><li> Monitoring and evaluating shortages with the materials department for projects at the workshop. </li><li> With the direct Manger, set employees KPI’s and development plans. </li><li> Maintaining operations process records. </li><li> Review the performances of the employees from time to time and provide timely feedback.</li></ul>
