The company has an installed base in more than 60 countries worldwide, major customers include renowned airports around the globe.<p><br></p>Be part of our team as <strong>Shift Leader </strong>in<strong> Riyadh, KSA.</strong><p><br></p><strong>What are my responsibilities?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Supervise and monitor all related tasks of the Preventive and Corrective maintenance activities of the BHS in line with workflows (MAXIMO), QMS, HSE plan, and related Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li>Ensure technical issues are resolved on time for any operational impact regarding the processing of bags and technical solutions.</li><li>Prepare daily maintenance reports based on MAXIMO work orders.</li><li>Ensure all activities are documented with MAXIMO work orders in close cooperation with CAMM Operator.</li><li>Ensure smooth cooperation with BHIS Engineers to overcome any anomaly of the BHS.</li><li>Enable maintenance teams to perform tasks by providing technical expertise together with O&amp;M Engineer and needed administrative support, e.g., spare part packages, tools, PPE, conduct toolbox talk, explain SOPs, etc.</li><li>Allocating the daily workforce according to work orders, generating maintenance reports, and troubleshooting any mechanical/ electrical anomaly.</li><li>Provide technical expertise to ensure/increase the quality of services.</li><li>Control and crosscheck the accuracy of the daily checks performed by the Technicians and upload the summarized report in MAXIMO.</li><li>Ensure that requirements of QHSE departments are adhered to by all staff and take appropriate precautions at all times during working hours and responsible for maintaining a clean work area during and after the maintenance.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What do I need to qualify for the role?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor/Team Leader in Baggage Handling Systems or in Process Automation / Industrial / Manufacturing Plants.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in leading &amp; managing a team of technicians.</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of automated systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of the MAXIMO module “Work order Management” is required.</li><li>Hands-on experience in monitoring, controlling, and analyzing the operational areas of the system.</li><li>Experience in reviewing and analyzing the Operational Processes, Documentation, and Manuals for improvements and enhancement.</li><li>Very good understanding of Automated Material Flow systems.</li><li>Good awareness of quality and safety procedures.</li><li>Technical Know-how of PLC systems &amp; IT-based SCADA is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>www.siemens.com/logistics if you would like to learn more about Siemens Logistics before submitting your application.
