• Knowledge in Operation of Bending Machines, punching machines, Spot welding Machines.

• Knowledge in setting Die and tool in Press brake machines according to product requirements.

• Have good experience in Sheet metal fabrication field such as bending, shearing, punching etc.

• Good Knowledge in Measuring equipment’s to meet appropriate results.

• Conducting and carryout of day-to-day maintenance of Machines.

• Must be work independently to run sheet metal fabrication line.

• Consults blueprints, work orders, and/or schematics to safely construct specified structure; develops

additional sketches if needed.

• Selects appropriate material for each job based on the desired or necessary strength.

• Cuts, bends, and shapes sheet metal to required dimensions.

• Measures, cuts, and welds pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or directions.

• Connects pieces or secures seams by riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws.

• Performs assigned work on assembly lines such as punching holes for screws or bending gutters.

• Uses appropriate machinery and software applications to complete assigned jobs.

• Coordinates required shutdowns and startups of equipment with other departments after sheet

metal installation.

• Develops and maintains records for projects and repairs.

• Maintains clean and orderly work space.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Age should not be more than 30 years.

• Experience more than 7 years in Sheet Metal Fabrication industry.

• Diploma in Mechanical engineering or industrial relevant studies.

• Must be from the field of Manufacturing industry and understand its operations.

• Must be good knowledge in operation and Planned maintenance of machines.
