<strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a SharePoint Developer to enhance the business requirements of SharePoint platforms and handles the development of enhanced system user stories. He/She will also be responsible for applying SharePoint workflows and user interface designs.<p><br></p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and ICT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performs software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions. </li><li>Design, develop and maintain key components of the software suite using classic ASP, Microsoft .Net and SharePoint Server 2007 and new 2013. </li><li>Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as development of Business Intelligence dashboards. </li><li>Document and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. </li><li>Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software. Then maintain product test software and demos for training purposes. </li><li>Protect operations by keeping information confidential. </li><li>Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required. </li></ul> Qualifications<p><br></p><ul><li>Computer and Communications Degree (CCE) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science</li><li>Microsoft SharePoint certification</li><li>Experience in system administration of enterprise SharePoint environment (multi-server farms) including monitoring and troubleshooting</li><li>Experience in MS PowerShell script</li><li>Familiarity with troubleshooting using Windows event logs, ULS logs</li><li>Understanding and experience working authentication types: SSO (SAML, WS-Fed), NTLM, Kerberos</li><li>Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies related to SharePoint: Windows OS, AD, SQL, DNS, load balancing, reverse-proxy, SCOM</li><li>Experience with Disaster Recovery</li><li>Business intelligence in SharePoint (a plus)</li><li>Knowledge of IT and web-based technology concepts</li><li>Microsoft Office application suite</li><li>HTML, CSS, JavaScript</li><li>A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.</li></ul>
