You will also be involved in consulting projects related to Human Capital and Operations.</p><br><br><br><p>In the functions you are involved in; your aim will be to help CIP shift to a blue ocean and become a global player in the consulting and RPO markets.</p><br><br><br><p>You will be working directly with top management with full authority and empowerment.</p><br><br><br><p>You will be collaborating with different teams to create value on the short term and long term.</p><br><br><br><br><br><p><strong>You</strong></p><br><br><br><p>To be considered for this position, you should have:</p><br><br><br><ul><br><li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in one and preferably all the following areas: consulting, human capital, operations and/or shared services.</li><br><li>At least 2 years of experience working with either: Fortune 500, startups, and/or consulting firms.</li><br><li>At least 2 years of experience working in strategic HR roles or Human Capital consulting.</li><br><li>Almost native verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.</li><br><li>High level of adaptability to a frequently changing environment.</li><br><li>Willingness to work in a startup environment which includes: playing multiples roles at once, dealing with uncertainty, pushing forward even when lacking clarity, and working on challenging projects.</li><br><li>Please note that the above are key requirements to be considered for the opportunity and must be communicated in your CV to be considered. </li><br><li>Preferably have at least 2 years of experience working in the North American or European market.</li></ul>
