<strong><u>Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization<br></u></strong><ul><li>Support in developing all the ppt slides and excel sheets templates needed for the Business Development function and for Senior Leadership members</li><li>Position will allow reallocation of time consumed by the team on manual work needed for creating slides and sheets, to other tasks where the team’s relevant expertise will be put to better use. <br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Responsible for all slides production for presentations related to Business Development function + Senior Leadership Team members </li><li>Responsible for creating Microsoft office templates on .ppt, .xcl, & .doc<br></li></ul><strong><u>Key Relationships<br></u></strong><ul><li>Business development team</li><li>Senior Leadership members</li><li>Functions Directors<br></li></ul><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Story telling skills using visual aid</li><li>Excellent skills for web surfing</li><li>Excellent communication skills <br></li></ul><strong><u>Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li>University degree</li><li>Super User for Microsoft office applications</li><li>Photoshop skills is a plus</li><li>Fluent English spoken and written</li><li>2-5 years experience in multinational corporate environment<br></li></ul>Disclaimer: This role is a 6-months temporary role on outsourced contract
