Job Title: Shadow Teacher with ABA Experience<br><br>Job Description:<br><br>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shadow Teacher with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support a 4-year-old girl in her school environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ABA principles and strategies, and a passion for working with children to help them reach their full potential.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>1. Accompany the student throughout the school day, providing support and assistance in all school activities and transitions.<br>2. Implement individualized educational and behavioral plans based on ABA principles to enhance the student’s learning and social skills.<br>3. Collaborate closely with the school staff and the student’s parents to ensure consistency in the implementation of ABA strategies.<br>4. Monitor and record the student’s progress, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.<br>5. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages the student’s participation and engagement.<br>6. Provide regular updates to parents and school staff on the student’s progress and any challenges encountered.<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>1. Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.<br>2. Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is highly desirable.<br>3. Proven experience as a Shadow Teacher, Special Education Teacher, or similar role.<br>4. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and strategies, with the ability to implement them effectively in a school setting.<br>5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.<br>7. Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and parents.<br>8.
