Your Role
- Responsible for the overall ServiceNow ITSM application Development, which includes, maintenance, enhancements, and project involvement including the set-up of interfaces with other applications / platforms.
- Implements the principles to be able to perform the necessary tasks to design, develop, and customize applications.
- Align with the Manager, Architects, and/or co-Developers on the corresponding technical design and ensures that the deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are used at all times.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field.
- Proven 5 years of overall work experience any relevant field.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Mandatory Experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator, Senior ServiceNow Developer incl. interfaces, ServiceNow ITSM & JavaScript.
- Preferrable experience in ITIL V3/V4 Foundation, Scrum, UI, SQL, HTML, CSS, XML and structuring programming concepts
