<strong>Overview<br><br></strong>As ServiceNow Developer, you will assure SITA’s competitive strength and business growth through the provision of the highest quality technical Service Operations to SITA customers. Perform all Service Operations activities according to SITA standards and procedures maximizing customer satisfaction by the delivery of first-class support activities. To provide the highest level of Service Operation availability ensuring Systems and Products are properly configured and maintained.<br><br>At SITA, we achieve more, together. Are you ready to join us?<br><br><strong>What You Will Do<br></strong><ul><li>Experience in performing a technical role to a high level within the ServiceNow ecosystem</li><li>Knowledge of configuring multiple ServiceNow applications across the platform</li><li>An excellent knowledge of ServiceNow platform features and capabilities, including integrations</li><li>Client-facing and confident in being able to understand and articulate technical requirements</li><li>Possess the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation</li><li>Delivering work using agile methodologies</li><li>Provide functional and technical skills to document and configure customer requirements</li><li>Ensure the work and solutions delivered adheres to the relevant coding and design standards</li><li>Share feedback and knowledge with colleagues.</li><li>Devise and scope solutions to customer requirements</li><li>Work closely with engagement managers to deliver in an agile methodology</li><li>Report and manage technical issues which may cause delays to the project.</li><li>Provide a detailed level of technical consultancy to customers on the ServiceNow ecosystem.</li><li>Become a Subject Matter Expert in multiple areas of the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Coach and mentor others based on your areas of expertise.</li><li>Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and applications</li><li>Lead stakeholder workshops to review and capture business requirements and convert them into technical requirements.</li><li>Finalise deployment architecture and solution design.</li><li>Provide advice on alternative options, risks, and the associated impact on the business and technical architecture.</li><li>Conduct meetings and calls with process owners to sign-off requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with the implementation team and provide clarity on requirements.</li><li>Development of required client-specific reporting.</li><li>Drive the continuous improvements of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.</li><li>Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal, written, and time management skills.</li><li>Coaching and mentoring.</li><li>Decision-making and prioritization.</li><li>Excellent communication skills at all levels<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Who you are <br></strong><ul><li>Minimum 5 years if experience in similar role.</li><li>Thorough understanding of ITIL processes, such as Incident and Service Request Management</li><li>Knowledge of REST API integration with other SaaS Cloud services</li><li>Basic knowledge of ServiceNow Virtual Agent and able to develop low-code workflows</li><li>Able to perform day-to-day administration activities on the ServiceNow platform, such as user/group/role assignment</li><li>ITIL Foundation certified.</li><li>Have ServiceNow certifications of Certified System Administrator, and be a Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more areas</li><li>Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.</li><li>Certified ServiceNow Platform Implementation</li><li>Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals</li><li>Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and good web design practices.</li><li>Knowledge or experience of Agile or SCRUM.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong>SITA’s workplace is all about diversity: many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce, and colleagues who’ve been working here for decades collaborate with those just out of college and early in their careers.
