<strong><u>Responsibilities<br><br></u></strong><strong>Job Description:<br></strong><ul><li>Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform</li><li>Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB to meet the client’s needs</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications</li><li>Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and resolving issues</li><li>Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes</li><li>Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow and related technologies, including attending training and certification programs as required<br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field</li><li>Several years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on implementing and configuring ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB</li><li>Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applications</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li><li>ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred<br></li></ul>Overall, a ServiceNow Professional Consultant plays a crucial role in helping organizations optimize their ServiceNow platform and achieve their business goals.<br><br>
