\”Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.\” – Vincent Van Gogh\ Rebuild-It Services Group, a division of Sentry Equipment, is looking for an energetic, creative, resourceful, problem-solving Service Technician to assist customers with maximizing uptime and ensuring clean water for all. Each of our employee-owners strive to improve our partner\’s processes through retrofit/rebuilt clarifiers, clarifier maintenance, and process supplies. The work of this role will impact every aspect of a customer\’s field operations from training and preventative maintenance to installation and repairs.\ Your role will be critical in identifying customer needs and expectations related to all areas of their business, including parts, service, and products. You\’ll work in conjunction with Sales, Field Installation Coordinators, and Service Managers to identify opportunities within our existing customer base. With your focus on performing necessary maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment. This role will ensure all service execution activity is accounted for and handled properly. It will also assist in the scheduling of equipment necessary to complete the job with the customer and any construction crews. Bottom line, this role will always look for ways to add value to a customer\’s contract.\ An ideal candidate will have:\<p><br></p><ul><li>Two years of relevant field experience working on water and wastewater equipment\</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to respond to a customer expediently\</li><li>Positive attitude, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with customers\</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to establish priorities, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines\</li><li>A technical degree or related experience\</li><li>Excellent communication skills, written and oral, telephone and customer service\ Sentry Equipment offers great benefits to support our employee-owners.
