To complement our growth plans, Service Sales is considered to be a strategic priority for our Business.<p><br></p>Reporting directly to the Service Sales Manager, we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic<strong> Service Sales Executive </strong>to be based in our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and customers which are strategic or nationally/locally important. You will proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to our customers.<p><br></p>A <strong>service mindset</strong> is an outlook that focuses on creating customer trust, value, and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter who understands how to partner and collaborate with the business. We need someone who has the ability to influence, is result-driven, and has strong commercial acumen skills. If you feel you have what it takes and can add significant value to this role and department then apply for this exciting opportunity!<p><br></p><strong>Are you the one?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree holder</li><li>Minimum 2 to 5 years of direct sales experience having a solution-selling approach</li><li>Good understanding of the Service / Maintenance business</li><li>Highly motivated, goal-oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service</li><li>Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus</li><li>Fluency in English is a must & Arabic communication is an added advantage.</li><li>As per current labor regulations, this role is only open to Saudi nationals.</li></ul><p><br></p><em>At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
