Job Description
At TK Elevator UAE, Service Sales Department manages the service portfolio and it will be the link between customers and the organization.
Activities of the Department:
- Prepare quotations according to customer’s inquiry for maintenance, parts and repairs
- Getting track and getting approval of all the proposals made for annual maintenance, spare parts and repairs
- Manage assigned sales portfolio and successfully meet the client needs
Reports directly to the Service Sales Manager. Hands-on experience may include:
- Work with service sales team members on assigned tasks
- May be involved on getting approval of all the proposals made for annual maintenance, spare parts and repairs
- Participate in the preparation of the market analysis and identify the prospect firms for new business opportunity
- Prepare reports as requested
