Primary focus will be to sell new recurring revenue service solutions that help maintain, optimize, and improve building performance to new potential.<br><br><strong><u>Service Sales Consultant Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li> Primary focus will be to sell new recurring revenue service solutions that help maintain, optimize, and improve building performance to new potential Honeywell service customers.</li><li>Through winning new customers from uncovering market opportunities, converting project to service opportunities that are not existing serviced accounts, and winning back past Honeywell customers with new Digital offerings.</li><li>Work with supporting team members to transition customers from contract-signing to post-sale support with a customer success representative</li><li>Understand and articulate value propositions of Honeywell solutions and offerings from both a business and economic value perspective to the customer</li><li>Discover and understand the customer’s vision and desired outcomes and be able to align to Honeywell’s offerings and align appropriate teams to implement<br></li></ul><strong><u>Qualifications<br></u></strong><ul><li> Market Awareness</li><li>Technical Acumen</li><li>Currently in Sales, proactive, strong desire to challenge self, believer in value of Service Business and can see they can earn more by being successful focused on selling New Service Contracts.</li><li>Currently in a Field Service / Operations role, Strong Service experience, growth mindset and comfortable in front of customers, future thinking by demonstration of high adoption of digital and connected technology.</li><li>Have worked cross functional roles, either from HCE / HPS / HBT, proven success in Software and/or service sales.
