<strong><u>Job Description<br><br></u></strong><ul><li>Manage and control setup and operation of Preventive Maintenance Teams (PMT) and Technical support Teams (TST)</li><li>Keep the operational units TSTs and PMTs on track and assure their supply with latest project info’s, documents, tools, etc.</li><li>Support the knowledge interface and exchange between the units on the field and the engineering and back-office functions in the project.</li><li>Align the controlling of the PMTs and TSTs and generate reports for the customer and internal units.</li><li>Keep close customer contact on national, region and sector level for safe and proper operation of the support organization.</li><li>Manage reclamations and escalations in close cooperation with the SIE project management.</li><li>Strong experience in:</li><li>Technical Services, Corrective and preventive maintenance, Support, Warehousing, Supplies and Transport for Large Systems</li><li>Leading an operational service or support organization</li><li>Experience in working within a customer oriented environment</li><li>Strong understanding of performance and quality assurance management</li><li>Strong understanding of MRO management<br><br></li></ul>This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.<br><br><strong><u>Company<br><br></u></strong>Airbus Defence and Space Saudi Limited<br><br><strong><u>Contract Type<br><br></u></strong>Fixed term Contract / CDD / Befristet / Contrato de duración limitada<br><br><strong><u>Experience Level<br><br></u></strong>Professional / Expérimenté(e) / Professionell / Profesional<br><br><strong><u>Job Family<br><br></u></strong>Customer Account and Service Management<br><br>By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
