Job Description

Responsible for the reception  service  requirements and complaints  received  from customers  and handled with  appropriate sensitivity  of the  nature  of his  work,  and  know  about  personal  finance  department products  on the level of knowledge to provide advice to customers.  In addition, assigning the objectives of the branch to increase sales opportunities through existing customer base.
