<p>Offer CTC: – Negotable, depending upon current CTC, experience, Interview Status</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the technical service operations of our diesel generator distribution company in the UAE region. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service, timely repairs, and maintenance on their diesel generators. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing a team of technicians in the UAE.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage and lead a team of service technicians and support staff in the UAE.</li><li>Ensure that all service operations are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures and comply with local regulations and standards.</li><li>Oversee and manage the scheduling and allocation of resources for repairs, maintenance, and installations in the region.</li><li>Monitor and control inventory levels of spare parts and consumables.</li><li>Develop and implement service standards, procedures, and policies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure that all service requests are handled promptly and effectively, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.</li><li>Maintain records of all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.</li><li>Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all service personnel.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team of service technicians.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of diesel generators, engines, and related equipment.</li><li>Strong leadership and management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and Arabic.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with maintenance management systems and other service-related software.</li><li><span>Familiarity with Microsoft Office &amp; Google Sheets, Docs. etc.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and technical support in the UAE region, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p>
