<strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Implementing the required actions related to the customers Complains & equipment’s field technical Failure/Break down. </li><li>Performing the integrated and multi-phased installation based on the team leader instructions. </li><li>Follow up & assure PPM jobs. </li><li>Follow up the factory center response to get any required technical support. </li><li>Technical Support to his colleagues. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Up to date technical knowledge. </li><li>Factory level training (Company has to schedule the needed training) </li><li>Can respond technically to the field problems. </li><li>Capable of providing technical support to the field engineers & technicians. </li><li>Capable to provide the daily activities feedback & reports to the team leader. </li><li>Work under pressure. </li><li>Emergency calls up to customers’ needs – follow up & do maintenance to customer’s machines anytime as top priority </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p>One of the Leading Healthcare Solutions providers in <strong>Jordan</strong>, looking to hire the Position :<p><br></p><u><strong>Service Engineer</strong></u> <u> </u>- with the following requirements :<p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Biomedical engineering or equivalent </li><li>Fresh graduated </li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel </li><li>Excellent in English, both speaking and writing are a must </li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to travel and owns a car </li><li>Preferably residents of Irbid city</li></ul>
