<strong><u>Responsibilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Implementing the required actions related to the customers Complains &amp; equipment’s field technical Failure/Break down.</li><li>Performing the integrated and multi-phased installation based on the team leader instructions.</li><li>Follow up &amp; assure PPM jobs.</li><li> Implementation of FCOs / Recalls as per the manufacturers standards.</li><li>Follow up the factory centre response to get any required technical support.</li><li>Technical Support to his colleagues.<br></li></ul><strong><u>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<br></u></strong><ul><li>Up to date technical knowledge.</li><li>Factory level training (Company has to schedule the needed training)</li><li>Can respond technically to the field problems.</li><li>Capable of providing technical support to the field engineers &amp; technicians.</li><li>Capable to provide the daily activities feedback &amp; reports to the team leader.</li><li>Work under pressure.</li><li>Emergency calls up to customers’ needs – follow up &amp; do maintenance to customer’s machines anytime as top priority <br></li></ul><strong><u>Requirements<br><br></u></strong>One of the Leading Healthcare Solutions providers in Jordan, looking to hire the Position :<br><br><strong><u>Service Engineer – With The Following Requirements<br></u></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Biomedical engineering, Electronics Engineering , Or General Electrical Engineering. </li><li>Work experience 1-3 years</li><li>Experience in service and maintenance in Medical equipment.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel</li><li>Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analogue and digital circuits</li><li>Excellent in English, both speaking and writing is a must</li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to travel and owns a car<br></li></ul>
