Our solutions improve our customers business profitability and we have established our role as a trusted partner in pulp and paper and energy industries and are very proud of what we do.<p><br></p>We are looking for a <strong>Service Engineer</strong> to strengthen our Flow Control team in Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p>Your mainly activities will be:<p><br><br></p><ul><li>Sales of spare parts and services</li><li>Grow the spare part sales as well as services sales in the assigned territory/accounts.</li><li>Day-to-day after sales services</li><li>To participate in all daily after sales service needs (claims, warranty, product training, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, technical support, customer demonstrations etc) in co-operation with our local sales agent, authorized service partners (ASP’s) and other Neles offices.</li><li>Training (service, smart products etc) of local sales, ASP’s and customers.</li><li>Smart technology product customer demonstrations & presentations.</li><li>Operating the workshop and demo units.</li><li>Follow up of field test units.</li><li>Installed base business</li><li>Collect the information on to local installed base map.</li><li>To update and maintain local project data book library.</li><li>Participating annual shutdowns, and to execute necessary action.</li><li>To execute installed base audits (in co-operation with sales).</li><li>To ensure spare part quotations for all new projects (in co-operation with sales).<br></li></ul><p><br></p>What you will need to be successful in the role:<p><br><br></p><ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering</li><li>Technical 3-5 years’ experience in similar field</li><li>Knowledge of Valves / Flow Control products.</li><li>Customer oriented approach</li><li>Willingness to travel</li><li>Driving license<br></li></ul><p><br></p>We offer:<p><br></p>We offer you a rewarding position within a global industry leader and an opportunity to help our customers succeed.
