Job Description
- Implement timely and quality maintenance and repairs of all categorized services.
Production Equipment, HVAC system, Refrigeration and Cold rooms, Electrical Distribution System, Plumbing Networks, Mechanical Systems – Lifts / Elevators, Exhaust System, Signages, Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV and Security Alarm Systems, Carpentry and Civil Works, Audio and Video Systems, Low Voltage Systems, Furniture’s, etc.
- Ensure all technical and engineering works are within the approved budget.
Monthly FM Cost, Scheduled CAPEX Expenditures, FM approved projects, Overtime Cost
- Implement balance workflow in the group ensuring systems and procedures are followed;
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance request
Asset Management: Asset Transfers, Asset Write-Offs, Asset Procurement, etc.
Job Order and Payment Certifications, Facility Audits and Closures,
Rewards and Recognitions, Team Building, Training programs, etc.
- Provide timely qualitative and quantitative reports and updates as per the department policies.
- Weekly FM Updates – SharePoint Helpdesk
- Monthly FM Reports
- Facility Audit
- Project Updates
- Asset and Spare Parts Inventories
- Study, assess and propose CAPEX budgets for equipment replacements and MEP services for the factory
- Conduct Facility Audits and Equipment assessments according to department procedures
- Supervise and assess all contracted and Outsourced PM and CM in all categorized services
- Keep historical records of equipment, equipment service and operation manuals and warranty certificates.
- Responsible for providing detailed scope of works, BOQ’s, and work schedules related to technical related works
- Planning and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance Program for Outsourcing services with Annual contracts
Skills
- Relevant experience in Foods Manufacturing Plant (Facilities Management)
- Experience in Food and Restaurant business, Property Management, Contracting Services etc.
- Related educational qualification in engineering, MEP, Electromechanical, or management studies.
- Related health and safety management qualification.
- Good organizational, leadership, or management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and decision making ability
- Good computer skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Auto CADD, etc.
- Ability to manage a mixed and complex workload
- Good contractor management skills.
- Hands-on technical skills.
- Good and experienced in team supervision and work delegation.
- Willing to work under pressure, in extended working hours, and working with a team.
