Description
· Follow all relevant IT operations and infrastructure policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
· Supervise the day-to-day operations of subordinates to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and in compliance with established standards and procedures
· Supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the IT
· operations and infrastructure units activity is carried out in an efficient manner
· Study various departments\ requirements and discuss needs with users to understand and clarify the requirements from the application system to be developed
· Carry out system analysis and design (applications/infrastructure), delegating less complex tasks to team members as part of capability building and training
· Prepare project plan and work progress for the team, assigning tasks and responsibilities and monitoring the progress of the project
· Undertake checks on the work completed by team members under own supervision to ensure outputs
· are of the technical standard
· Lead the process of system testing (applications/infrastructure) and ensures effective debugging to guarantee the smooth flow of systems in a timely manner
· Implement the application software and monitor the running of the system to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the system
· Provide the required training for the systems and applications deployed to end users to ensure the proper utilization of the systems in line with their requirements and business objectives
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in IT, computer science or related fields
· 3-7 years of experience
