Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.<p><br></p><strong><u>About the team:</u></strong><p><br></p>You will be part of the AMS team, who’s working within Hosting and Managed Services.<p><br></p><strong><u>What you will be doing: </u></strong><p><br></p>You will work within a Global Team to ensure production environments, availability, and compliance across all Environments, define monitors and alerts across platforms, and ensure regular tuning and review.<p><br></p>Additionally, you will manage application releases into all Production Environments according to the Change Management process.<p><br></p>Your main tasks will be maintaining and improving the Information Security, providing day to day technical support for the infrastructure hosting Capital Markets applications. This is to ensure proper operation on technology applications and equipment for the Capital Markets and our large financial institution clients.<p><br></p>You will be exposed to a Broad cross-section of the financial industry and will gain in depth knowledge of Exchange Technologies and Markets<p><br></p><strong><u>Added to that, you will:</u></strong><p><br></p>Provide technical support for issues related to clients hosted environments for FIS Cleared Derivatives products, ClearVision, Ubix and Apex collateral.<p><br></p>Deploy product upgrades/patches on the clients Production environment<p><br></p>Perform root cause analysis for production issues<p><br></p>Coordinate between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding<p><br></p>Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance.<p><br></p>Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting.<p><br></p>Require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system.<p><br></p><strong><u>What you bring:</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience with Linux / Docker. </li><li>Experienced 3rd party tools Management</li><li>Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools</li><li>Knowledge of CRM (SNOW/Jira/Salesforce etc.…)</li><li>Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool. </li><li>Automation skills (preferred but not mandatory). </li><li>Citrix (preferred but not mandatory). </li><li>MQ (preferred but not mandatory). </li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What we offer you:</u></strong><p><br></p>At FIS, we are as committed to growing our employees’ careers as our own business.
