Job Description

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Offer great customer service and provide customers with a quick and accurate service both from back of the house and in the dining areas.</li><li>Work in the kitchen, preparing food, and work at the front counter assisting customers through the ordering process.</li><li>Responsible for operating process cash and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems and running the drive-thru as well.</li><li>Cleaning facility areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, de-icing, and cleaning fridges and freezer, etc.)</li><li>Ensure the restaurants are clean, well maintained, utilizing a variety of cleaning products along with the correct protective equipment.</li><li>Follow all Health and Safety regulations.</li><li>Prepare, cut, and wash foods prior to cooking and measure the right amount of ingredients required for food preparation.</li><li>Package the meals properly to be delivered to customers and ensure they do not get cold before delivery or before being sold.</li><li>Follow recipe in preparing all foods.</li><li>Work in direct contact with customers and learn essential hospitality skills.</li><li>Ensure producing orders to a consistently high standards with the understanding that quality control is critical along with the standards of WISTER SA.</li></ul><p><br></p>
