Job Description

  • Ability to make a work plan for the rotten maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairing and replacement.
  • Ability to write & record all required service /sales reports, expenses, and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner
  • Awareness of HVAC equipment including air handlers, chillers and heating systems.
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support the sales plan.
  • Coordinates work between HVAC crew and other departments, project managers, clients and outside contractors.
  • Develops and maintains preventative and corrective maintenance programs. 
  • Writes and receives work orders; plans, supervises, and monitors work of HVAC technicians.
  • Communicating with the customers and clients.
  • Ability to learn and improve himself.
  • Reading electrical and mechanical wiring diagrams.
  • Awareness of the safety rules and standers. 

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree Mechanical / Technical diploma. HVAC
  • 3 to Max 5 years of experience in the field.
