With installations in over 90 countries worldwide,</p><p><br></p><p>Our client is looking to hire a competent and skilled Service &amp; Commissioning Engineer with strong hands-on experience in a technical processing environment to serve and support their customers in the Middle East region. As the Service &amp; Commissioning Engineer, they will provide technical support for engineering projects by applying engineering techniques, conducting tests and inspections, and preparing comprehensive reports and calculations. This role will play a crucial part in assisting the project manager during the installation, startup, and handover of projects to customers, including the signing of the Certificate of Acceptance. The Service &amp; Commissioning Engineer is expected to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic for direct interactions with customers and in English for communication with the Head office. Collaborating closely with the Branch Manager, Spare parts department, and Service &amp; Project Coordinator in the region, the engineer will contribute to achieving the After Sales budget and ensuring efficient service delivery to clients</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>A) Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests; analyzing and synthesizing data; maintaining control charts; determining root causes; preparing bid specifications.</p><p>B) Resolves engineering problems by collecting and analyzing information; researching, analyzing, adapting, and modifying engineering techniques; recommending solutions; preparing drawings, schematics, and diagrams; evaluating components, materials, and suppliers; resolving design integration issues; developing specifications and safety standards; performing installations.</p><p>C) Verifies engineering applications by conducting tests and inspections; building and analyzing models and simulations; conducting laboratory experiments and measurements.</p><p>D) Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.</p><p>E) Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging engineering practices; participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.</p><p>F) Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging engineering practices; participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.</p><p>- Proven experience of a minimum of 5 years in a technical processing environment, preferably in the poultry industry.</p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine root causes and recommend effective solutions.</p><p>- Proficiency in conducting inspections, tests, and analytical measurements to verify engineering applications.</p><p>- Experience with calibrating and maintaining analytical equipment, as well as troubleshooting malfunctions.</p><p>- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.</p><p>- Fluent in the language(s) spoken by customers in the region.</p><p>- Proficient in both Arabic and English languages</p><p>- Willingness to work with diverse teams and customers.</p><p>- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with project teams and provide essential information.</p><p></p>
