<strong>We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO and ASO strategies in all countries we operate, improving search engine rankings, driving traffic, and increasing revenue. As a first hire for SEO, this is a very hands on position and you will need to be end-to-end owner and accountable for the costs and results of this area, starting as a solo individual contributor (planning + execution) and, once established, building a team.</strong><p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Creating, implementing, and own overarching SEO marketing strategies and tactics. </li><li>Staying ahead of the trends, strategies, and tactics within SEO and Digital Marketing (AMP, algorithm changes, etc.). </li><li>Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs. </li><li>Developing App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to ensure that all relevant apps appear at the top of the search results in all applicable App stores. </li><li>Optimize conversion rates for app download pages by utilizing various content and visual tools. </li><li>Managing general digital marketing projects. </li><li>Performing and managing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. </li><li>Align the website with the organisation’s brand, strategy and standards. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. </li><li>4-7 years of experience in SEO, with a track record of delivering results. </li><li>Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and the latest trends in the field. </li><li>Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, and Ahrefs. </li><li>Experience with on-page and off-page optimization, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building. </li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with experience in analyzing data and using it to drive decision-making. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and present findings to stakeholders. </li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage budgets effectively. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>A collaborative environment where diversity is celebrated. </li><li>A flexible workforce. </li><li>A competitive market salary with housing and transport allowances. </li><li>A fast-moving supportive company where everybody takes ownership over their work. </li><li>The opportunity to share in the success of the business with stock options for qualifying employees. </li><li>The opportunity to work on a product with growing global appeal. </li><li>The opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry from well-known digital brands.</li></ul>
