Job Description

JASARA PMC, the joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco established to elevate the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Civil Engineering team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect or client.
  • Perform risk and value management and cost control.
  • Advise on a range of legal and contractual issues related to construction projects.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts, claims, and changes in contract terms and working with client/partner commercial teams to support claims and disputes.
  • Provide assistance and strategic input to project management teams and project controls management to develop cost and schedule goals and provide performance metrics that help track overall project success criteria.
  • Attend project/site meetings and take attendance of all subcontractors attending meetings, reviewing the meeting minutes.
  • Lead a team of Junior Quantity Surveyors, ensuring their ongoing development and knowledge-building.
